“living the dream”

“Living the dream”- A series poking fun at the work/life culture and the need to celebrate career and life “updates”. We are getting paid to forget about our dreams.

Life is hard, especially right now, and I want to walk the line of celebrating getting through life and situations that are a part of the process of growing.

What the fuck are we celebrating??

my most recent solo exhibition:

“Dont touch the comedians”

Two art forms collided on April 19th in Chicago for a one-night-only experience called “DON’T TOUCH THE COMEDIANS.” Hosted at Artist Replete, the event blended a live stand-up comedy show with a solo art exhibition featuring new text-based works by Braxton Fuller. The night was loud, bold, and brutally honest—just like the work itself.

Known for his edgy, irreverent take on everyday life, Braxton debuted a fresh collection of humorous, thought-provoking pieces that playfully poke fun at failure, insecurity, and the absurdity of being human. Each artwork served as a visual punchline, inviting viewers to laugh at life’s chaos and not take themselves too seriously.

To elevate the energy even further, the show included live sets from some of Chicago’s funniest local comedians—Brad Kofman, Joe Eames, Grace Bahler, and Sohrab Forouzesh—who brought their own takes on struggle and survival to the mic.

“DON’T TOUCH THE COMEDIANS” wasn’t your average gallery night. It was part therapy, part roast, and all heart. The show is now on view for a limited time at Artist Replete.

“My artworks serve as windows into the human experience, bridging the gap between emotions we hide and conversations we long to have.”
